1. Constable & Lady Constable
Age Limit: 18 to 22 years as on 05.05.2026
Height: (i) Male: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches | (ii) Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches
Chest (Male Only): 33″ x 34.5″ (minimum 1.5 inch expansion)
Education: Matric (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent from recognized board. Preference for higher education.
Race: (i) Male: 1.6 KM in 7 minutes | (ii) Female: 1.6 KM in 10 minutes
Domicile: Only candidates with District Murree domicile are eligible
2. Constable Dolphin Squad
Age Limit: 18 to 22 years as on 05.05.2026
Height: (i) Male: Minimum 5 feet 9 inches | (ii) Female: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches
Chest (Male Only): 33″ x 34.5″ (minimum 1.5 inch expansion)
Education: Matric (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent. Must have knowledge of motorcycle riding.
Race: (i) Male: 1.6 KM in 7 minutes | (ii) Female: 1.6 KM in 10 minutes
Special Requirement: Candidates must be physically fit for Dolphin Squad duties. Driving license preferred.
3. Driver Constable
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 05.05.2026
Height: (i) Male: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches | (ii) Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches
Chest (Male Only): 33″ x 34.5″ (minimum 1.5 inch expansion)
Education: Matric with valid LTV/HTV driving license issued at least 2 years prior to application date.
Experience: LTV license holder with 1-year experience or HTV license holder. Must pass driving test.
Race: (i) Male: 1.6 KM in 7 minutes | (ii) Female: 1.6 KM in 10 minutes
4. Traffic Assistant
Age Limit: 18 to 22 years as on 05.05.2026
Height: (i) Male: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches | (ii) Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches
Chest (Male Only): 33″ x 34.5″ (minimum 1.5 inch expansion)
Education: Matric with knowledge of traffic rules. Computer literate candidates will be preferred.
Race: (i) Male: 1.6 KM in 7 minutes | (ii) Female: 1.6 KM in 10 minutes
General Conditions for All Posts
1. Domicile: Only candidates having domicile of District Murree are eligible to apply.
2. Physical Standards: Height, chest, and race requirements must be met. No relaxation in physical standards.
3. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of 5 years is already included in upper age limit. Additional relaxation: 05% for minorities, 15% for children of retired/deceased police employees, 10% for children of serving police employees, and as per government policy for ex-servicemen.

Selection Process – Punjab Police District Murree
1. Physical Measurement: Height, chest measurement at Police Lines Murree. Candidates not meeting standards will be rejected.
2. Race Test: 1.6 KM run – 7 minutes for males, 10 minutes for females. Qualifying nature.
3. Written Test: MCQs based on Matric level: Urdu, English, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, General Knowledge, Basic Math.
4. Driving Test: For Driver Constable only – LTV/HTV driving skill test.
