Position Summary & Salary Package
- Position Title: Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane) (EG-08)
- Number of Openings: 03 Positions
- Quota Allocation: Merit–03
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 1,373,230/- per month with a 5% annual increment.
- Contract Tenure: Initial contract for 3 years (extendable based on requirements).
- Age Limit: Maximum 66 years (inclusive of all age relaxations).
Prescribed Qualification & Experience Requirements
Applicants must satisfy all of the following professional criteria:

| Basic Education | Minimum Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Education Board. |
| Licensure | Hold or have held an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with a valid type rating on a Commercial Transport Aircraft with a Maximum Gross Takeoff Weight (MGTOW) of 40,000 kg or more. |
| Flight Experience (PIC) | Minimum 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of Commercial Air Transport Aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more. |
| Examiner Endorsement | Must possess Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) endorsement on an ATPL for commercial aircraft with MGTOW of 40,000 kg or more. |
| Total Commercial Flying | 10 years or more of flying experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft as a Pilot. |
| Operational Expertise | Experience in operational management (preferably with a background in airline operations, safety management, or regulatory oversight). |
| Core Competencies | Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, effective communication and report-writing skills, and mandatory computer literacy. |

- Test / Interview Locations: Written tests and interviews will take place at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta depending on candidate numbers.
- Verification: Candidates shortlisted for interviews must produce original credentials for verification.
- Government Service: Current government or autonomous body employees must present an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to the interview.
- Medical Fitness: Appointment is contingent upon passing CAA’s medical fitness evaluation.
- Posting: Selected inspectors may be posted anywhere across Pakistan depending on PCAA requirements.
- TA/DA: No T.A/D.A will be paid for attending tests or interviews.
- Integrity Clause: Any misrepresentation, bogus/fake document submission, or attempt to influence selection will result in permanent disqualification and immediate termination.
