Terms & Conditions
- Registration: Work-charge / contingent paid staff will be registered based on their skill set in according with the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2026.
- Appointment Basis: Hiring is strictly on a work-charge basis for a 89-day period at rates determined by the Government of Punjab Finance Department Schedule of Wage Rates 2025.
- Policy & Nature: Appointments follow the contingent paid staff recruitment policy purely on a merit basis. These roles are temporary and carry no right to permanent employment or regularization.
- Wage Payments: Daily wages and allowances will be distributed strictly according to the government-notified Schedule of Wage Rates 2025.
- Leave Policy: Absence or leave without prior written notification is strictly prohibited for contingent staff.
- Termination Authority: The competent authority reserves full legal right to dismiss or remove contingent staff at any time without prior notice.
