Application Procedures & Guidelines

Application Steps for Serial Nos. 01 & 02 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk):

1. Register and fill out the online application form on the NTS portal (www.nts.org.pk).
2. Deposit the non-refundable test fee of Rs. 800/- using online options such as 1Link 1Bill, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters. Manual application forms are strictly not accepted.
3. Upload clear copies of CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, one recent passport-sized photograph, and all educational certificates/marks sheets showing board name and percentage details.
4. Provide your original active mobile number (avoid ported numbers across networks to ensure SMS updates arrive reliably).

Application Steps for Serial Nos. 03 to 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali):

1. Download the official prescribed application form from the website of District & Sessions Court Tharparkar.
2. Attach attested photocopies of academic documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, and two recent passport-size photographs.
3. Submit the completed application package by hand or through post/courier to:Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar, Judicial Complex, Mithi.
4. If applying for multiple posts, a separate application form must be submitted for each position.

Important Rules & Instructions

• Quotas: A 5% quota is allocated for persons with disabilities. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• In-Service Applicants: Current Government employees must apply through proper channels.
• Age Relaxation:
  • Candidates with 3 years of Government service experience have an upper age limit of 21–30 years for Serial 1 & 2, and 20–30 years for Serial 3 to 10.
  • Candidates up to 5 years over the prescribed age limit who are selected based on merit and suitability will have their individual cases sent to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for age relaxation approval.
• Scrutiny & Rejection: Incomplete applications or submissions received after September 11, 2026, will be rejected immediately. Any false or misleading statements will lead to disqualification and termination.
• Test/Interview Details: Roll number slips and test details will be shared via SMS alerts and NTS portal updates. Original documents must be presented during the interview. No TA/DA is provided.
