Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements
- Electronic Technician (BPS-14):
- Qualification: HEC-recognized BS/BE degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer Systems (CS), or Electronics.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of mandatory hands-on experience in electronic circuitries (repairing and assembling). Preferred experience in photocopiers, scanners, CCTV, fax machines, MFPs, computers, PA systems, sound systems, or PABX systems.
- Junior Computer Operator (BPS-13):
- Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in CS; OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with a Diploma in IT/CS/Hardware; OR DAE in CIT/IT/CS.
- Experience & Certifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (mandatory certificate required). Certification in MS Office, Oracle Database, or related fields preferred.
- Junior Hardware / Network Technician (BPS-13):
- Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in CS; OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with a Diploma in IT/CS/Hardware; OR DAE in CIT/IT/Electronics.
- Experience & Certifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Certification in Computer Hardware, Network Switches, Routers, or related fields preferred.
- I.T. Archiver (BPS-07):
- Qualification: Minimum 2nd Class Intermediate in CS; OR Intermediate in Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical with a Diploma in IT/CS; OR DAE in CIT/Electronics.

Terms and Conditions
- Age Limit: General candidate age limit is 18 to 28 years.
- Age Relaxation: Employees of Sindh High Court may apply irrespective of age limit (NOC and SHC Computer Code mandatory). Maximum age limit for other government servants applying through proper channel is 35 years.
- Application Cancellation Notice: Previous online applications received for Junior Electro/Mechanical Technician under advertisement dated 09.05.2024 are canceled; interested candidates must re-apply afresh.
- Document Cut-off: Credentials issued after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Objection Period: Objections during candidate scrutiny will be notified via SMS/online portal, allowing candidates 7 days to resolve discrepancies.
- Grievance Window: Candidates can submit representations or lodge grievances within 15 days of test result announcements.
- Test Venue: All written/MCQ tests will be conducted exclusively at designated test centers in Karachi. No TA/DA is provided.
