The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan invites applications for various positions under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme, a PSDP-funded development project. The following positions are available on a contract basis for Pakistani nationals.

Available Positions

  1. Project Director
    • Scale: PPS-10
    • Quota: Merit-based (1 position)
    • Salary: Rs. 437,500 per month (all-inclusive)
    • Max Age: 55 years
    • Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent (minimum 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university. At least 12 years of relevant experience, including five years in a managerial role in a reputable organization.
  2. Regional Coordinator
    • Scale: PPS-9
    • Quota: Punjab (2 positions)
    • Salary: Rs. 306,250 per month (all-inclusive)
    • Max Age: 50 years
    • Qualifications: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT). Seven years of relevant experience, including three years in a managerial or project-handling role.
  3. Project Manager
    • Scale: PPS-8
    • Quota: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (1), Punjab (1)
    • Salary: Rs. 218,750 per month (all-inclusive)
    • Max Age: 50 years
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with five years of relevant experience, including three years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is required.
  4. Project Officer
    • Scale: PPS-7
    • Quota: Punjab (1), Sindh (Rural) (1)
    • Salary: Rs. 157,500 per month (all-inclusive)
    • Max Age: 40 years
    • Qualifications: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT with two years of relevant experience.
  5. Accounts Officer
    • Scale: PPS-7
    • Quota: Merit-based (1 position)
    • Salary: Rs. 157,500 per month (all-inclusive)
    • Max Age: 40 years
    • Qualifications: MBA (Finance), M.Com, or ICMA with three years of relevant experience, including one year in mid-level management.
