Eligibility Criteria for BOK Head Consumer Banking Job
- Education: Minimum Graduation is required. Master degree is preferred. Degree must be from HEC recognized university. Foreign degree holders need HEC equivalency certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer Banking / Retail Banking is required.
- Advantage: If you have experience in product development in Islamic Banking, you will get an added advantage.
- Key Skill: Experience in Shariah Compliant Banking is highly desired.
- Age Limit: Age will be as per Bank’s HR Rules.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As Head Consumer Banking Division, you will perform these tasks:
- ✅ Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to meet targets.
- ✅ Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance.
- ✅ Lead and mentor product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.
- ✅ Ensure product pricing models are aligned with profit-rate and Shariah governance.
- ✅ Lead automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
- ✅ Define credit approval processes for Auto, Home, and Personal Finance.
- ✅ Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports to Head Retail Banking.
- ✅ Propose process improvements for credit decisions and turnaround time.
Head Office Peshawar. Reports to Retail Banking Group.
Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
