- Experience Required: Applicants must possess vast practical experience in land acquisition and settlement procedures.
- Nature of Appointment: Employment is entirely temporary and contract-based.
- Physical & Mental Fitness: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit to carry out field operations.
- Required Documents: Applicants must bring their original educational credentials, Patwar training certificate, retirement certificate, and CNIC at the time of the walk-in interview.
- Transferability: The Board reserves the right to transfer employed staff from one location to another as required by the project.
