- MBBS Degree along with Detailed Marks Sheets (DMS) for all professional examinations.

- Passing Certificate of FCPS Part-I in Medicine.

Eligibility & General Terms
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date for applications.
- Selection Criteria: Induction will be conducted strictly on a merit basis.
- Stipend & Leave: Selected trainees will receive a stipend according to WAPDA rules. Leave policies will follow CPSP regulations.
- Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Dual Employment Restriction: Trainees are not permitted to work or draw a stipend/salary from any other hospital or institution during the training period.
- Interview Requirements: Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
