Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements
- HVAC Engineer:
- Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining complex HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and refrigeration components. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting, supervisory, and coordination abilities.
- AC Technician / AC Mechanic:
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in HVACR is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or premier club environment. Must have expertise in repairing ice cube machines, walk-in chillers, freezers, package units, and split ACs.
- Chiller Operator / Pool Plant Operator / Generator Operator:
- Qualification: 3-year DAE in a related technical discipline from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience operating similar plants in 5-star hotels, clubs, or large commercial facilities.
- Kitchen Technician / General Mechanic:
- Qualification: 3-year DAE in Mechanical or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, imported dishwashers, deep fryers, gas burners, hot platters, laundry machines, and dryers.
- Gardener (Mali):
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of practical experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, tree care, and general gardening practices within a reputed organization.
- Waiter / Hostess / Bus Boy:
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest handling, or restaurant service with strong communication skills.
- Driver:
- Qualification: Minimum F.A qualification along with a valid LTV/HTV driving license.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of driving experience, with thorough knowledge of traffic regulations and local routes across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
