Key Positions & Qualification Breakdown
1. Principal (SSC Level) – Female (01 Post)
- Education: MA, MSc, or BS (16 years of education). Candidates holding an MS or M.Phil degree will be given preference. A B.Ed degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional teaching/administrative experience. Prior work as a Principal or Vice Principal at the SSC level is preferred.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
2. Senior Wing Teachers (01 Post Each)
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology, Mathematics, Urdu.
- Education: MA, MSc, or BS (16 years) in the relevant field. MS/M.Phil and B.Ed/M.Ed are preferred.
- Skills & Experience: Strong IT proficiency (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school or college.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
3. Junior Wing Teachers (01 Post Each)
- Subjects: English, History/Geography, Mathematics, Urdu, General Science, Computer Science.
- Education: MA, MSc, or BS (16 years). BA/BSc graduates from designated backward areas are also eligible. B.Ed is mandatory (preferred for backward area candidates).
- Skills & Experience: Essential computer/IT skills required. At least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institute.
- Age Limit: 25 to 55 years.
4. Nazara Teacher (01 Post)
- Education: BA (14 years) in a relevant field OR Shahadat-ul-Aalmiya Fil Uloom-al-Arabia Wal Islamiya (16-year HEC recognized Sanad from Wafaq-ul-Madaris).
- Experience: At least 2 years of practical teaching experience.
- Age Limit: 30 to 55 years.
5. Montessori Teacher / Directress (04 Posts)
- Education: MA, MSc, BS (16 years) or BA/BSc (for backward areas) along with a 1-year recognized Montessori Diploma (mandatory).
- Skills & Experience: Proficiency in basic IT tools. Minimum 2 years of Montessori teaching experience.
- Age Limit: 25 to 50 years.
6. Home Teacher (02 Posts)
- Education: MA, MSc, BS (16 years) or BA/BSc (backward areas) with a mandatory B.Ed degree.
- Skills & Experience: Hands-on IT skills required. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Age Limit: 25 to 55 years.
Essential Terms & Operational Rules
- Contract Terms: Appointments are non-transferable and strictly contract-based within the specified institution.
- Document Verification: Candidates invited for interviews must present original degrees (attested by HEC/relevant authorities) and an attested CNIC.
- Exclusions: Former employees who were previously terminated or disengaged from any branch of the Cantt Public Education System are ineligible.
- Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided for written tests or interview sessions.
- Age Calculation: The upper age limit is calculated as of the application closing date.
