The vacancies are distributed across three main operational units of PAC Kamra: AMF (JF-17), AMF (P-751), and MRF.
1. BPS-16 & BPS-15 Posts
- PFM (General Fitter) (BPS-16): 3 Posts (AMF JF-17). Qualification: Matric + 3 Years DAE in General Fitter / Metal Worker / Mechanical with relevant practical experience. Age limit: 28+5 = 33 Years.
- PFM (Mechanical) (BPS-16): 2 Posts (MRF). Qualification: Matric + 3 Years DAE Mechanical. Age limit: 33 Years.
- ST Worker (BPS-15): 1 Post (AMF JF-17). Qualification: DAE Metallurgy / Chemical or B.Sc Chemistry. Age limit: 25+5 = 30 Years.
- FM (Airframe Fitter) (BPS-15): 1 Post (MRF). Qualification: Matric + 3 Years DAE Mechanical. Age limit: 30 Years.
2. Assistant Foreman (AFM) Posts (BPS-14)

4. Technical & Support Staff (BPS-03 to BPS-11)
- Assistant Storekeeper (BPS-11): 1 Post (MRF). Qualification: FA / F.Sc with 3 years store management experience or ex-servicemen. Age limit: 30 Years.
- High Skilled Machine (HSM / HSW) Trades (BPS-10): Includes Engineering Fitter (2), Metal Worker (2), Aircraft Finisher (4), Carpenter (1), Painter (1), General Fitter (26), Welder (6), CAD (5), Chemist (1), and Fabric Worker (1). Qualification: F.Sc / DAE / Matric Science with Technical Training Certificate (TTC). Age limit: 30 Years.
- Junior Security Supervisor (BPS-09): 2 Posts (MRF). Qualification: Matric Science or Matric + TTC/Apprenticeship in Technical trade with LTV license. Age limit: 28+5 = 33 Years.
- MC-1 Trades (BPS-08 & BPS-07): Includes Machinist (25), General Fitter (18), Metal Worker (8), Data Process Assistant (3), Electrician (2), Electro Mech (2), Boiler Operator (1), Welder (1), Storeman (1), Laboratory Assistant (1), and others. Qualification: Matric Science / ICS / Intermediate with 6-month or 1-year TTC course. Age limit: 30 Years.
- Skilled & Semi-Skilled / MT Greaser (BPS-03 to BPS-06): Includes General Fitter, Machinist, Lab Assistant, and MT Greaser. Qualification: Matric (Science) with 1 to 2 years relevant experience. Age limit: 30 Years.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Rules
- Nationality: Open to male and female citizens of Pakistan.
- Age Relaxation: General upper age limit relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limits mentioned against each post (e.g., 25+5 = 30 Years or 28+5 = 33 Years).
- Quota: All posts will be filled strictly on an Open Merit basis across Pakistan.
- Ex-Servicemen: Qualified Ex-JCOs, SNCOs, and servicemen with relevant military trade backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
