1. Senior Director Positions (BPS-19)
- Director (Audit & Accounts) — 01 Post
- Age Limit: 30–50 Years | Location: Islamabad
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, CA, ACCA, or Accounts & Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in public or private sectors.
- Director (Human Resource, Training & Administration) — 01 Post
- Age Limit: 30–50 Years | Location: Islamabad
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree (MHRM, MSc, MA) or MBA in Human Resources (or Master’s degree in any discipline for retired government employees).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Director IT — 01 Post

- Qualifications: MS (18 Years) in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related fields.

Important Terms, Conditions & Rules
- Contract Term: Appointments are strictly contractual, initially for a period of three (3) years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable up to 65 years for retired government officials.
