Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Medical Faculty (Associate/Assistant Professor): MBBS with FCPS in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, MRCP/FRCP, or equivalent terminal qualification recognized by HEC/PMDC. Requires 8 years of teaching/research experience for Associate Professor (with required publications), while Assistant Professor requires relevant clinical qualifications (experience optional).
- Lecturer: MBBS / MS / M.Phil degree from an HEC-recognized university with 1 year of teaching experience and valid PMDC registration, OR candidates with a Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in Biostatistics/Research (proficient in SPSS/R).
- IT & Systems Roles:
- Deputy Director System/Network: MS or 18-year degree in CS/IT with 3–5 years of network administration experience (CCNA/MCSA preferred).
- Software Developer: Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS with 5 years of hands-on software development and programming experience.
- IT Support / Computer Operators: BCS/BS-IT with relevant technical skills; computer operators require typing speed (40 WPM for Senior) and diploma certification.
- Finance: CA / ACCA / ACMA / CIMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 10–12 years of overall financial management experience (including 6 years in public sector healthcare/ERP environments).
- Healthcare & Support Staff:
- Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing (Generic or Post RN) with valid PN&MC registration and 2 years of hospital experience.
- X-Ray Technician: Diploma in Radiography/Medical Imaging Technology with 2 years of experience.
- Transport Incharge: Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of fleet management experience.
- Ward Boy / Naib Qasid / Aya: Matriculation or Primary education with 1–2 years of relevant hospital/work experience.
Terms and Conditions
- Domicile: Only candidates holding a valid Sindh Domicile are eligible to apply.
- Public Sector Preference: Experience in public sector institutions will be given preference during shortlisting.
