Eligibility Criteria & Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Degree: First Class MS / MPhil / equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University / Institution.
- Division Requirement: No 3rd division allowed throughout the academic career.
- Relaxation for PhD Holders: The condition of “no 3rd division” is not applicable if the candidate holds a PhD or equivalent degree, provided there is not more than one 3rd division in their entire academic career.
- CGPA Equivalency: In a semester system, a CGPA of 3.00/4.00 is considered equivalent to First Division.
ETEA Screening Test Terms & Conditions
- Online Profile Creation: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website (
www.etea.edu.pk). - CNIC Verification: Before depositing the test fee, applicants must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s site and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk.
- Fee Payment: Prescribed non-refundable test fees can be paid via the EasyPaisa app, EasyPaisa agents, or any branch of UBL Bank using the generated deposit slip.
- No Documents to ETEA: Applicants do not need to send physical document copies or testimonials to the ETEA office.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download Roll No. Slips from
www.etea.edu.pk. No separate call letters will be posted.

Candidates who successfully pass the ETEA written screening test must fulfill the University’s secondary application process:

www.uoas.edu.pk) within 15 days of result intimation. - Processing Fee: Deposit a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- in Account No.

- Equivalency & Translations: Degrees from foreign universities require an HEC Equivalency Certificate. Documents in languages other than English must include an official English translation.
- Research & Experience: Research papers must include full bibliographic details and be published in HEC-recognized journals. Experience must be supported by official certificates issued by the competent HR/Establishment section.
