General Terms & Recruitment Rules
- Local Selection: All selections will be conducted purely on merit following local hiring guidelines.
- HEC Recognized Degrees: Educational certificates and degrees must be obtained from HEC-recognized universities or accredited institutes.
- Age Relaxation Rules: The upper age limit of 35 years includes general age relaxation. An additional 03 years of age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and the Buddhist community.
- In-Service Candidates: Government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channels. An advance copy can be sent initially, but a Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory during the interview.
- Police Clearance: A Police Clearance Certificate issued by the relevant police station must be attached along with the application form.
- Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must present all original educational degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, and domicile during the interview.
- No TA/DA: WAPDA will not pay any travel or daily allowance to candidates attending tests or interviews.
